how do I make a reservation?

Call our office at 248-457-1100. It is recommended that reservations are made well in advance. We are rarely able to accommodate same day service, so please call ahead!

You will need to have the following information ready when you call:

  • Exact address to your destination
  • Cell Phone Number if you have one
  • Doctor's name and phone number
  • Appointment time
  • Return time. Please ask your doctor how long the appointment will be. We have to schedule your return ride in advance.


Troy Medi-Go plus


Must be a Troy Resident age 60+ or an Adult with disabilities age 18+. Persons with temporary disabilities may qualify on a case-by-case basis.

All of our vehicles are wheelchair accessible!

Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Office Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am -4:00 pm

We are closed on some Holidays. Christmas Day through New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving. 

Winter Road Conditions:

Troy Medi-Go will closed when snow or ice causes unsafe road conditions. This will be determined by the Director of Transportation and staff. Troy Medi-Go voicemail will be changed as soon as the decision is made to close.

Dialysis Patients:

If a decision is made to close driver availability will determine if Medi-Go will pick-up and return dialysis patients. The Troy Medi-Go office staff will call dialysis patients if a drive is available with their times for pick-up and return.

Rider Fare:

$2.00 each way

Punch cards are available for $40.00 which are god for 20 rides. Cards do not expire. Punch cards are non-refundable.

East: Mound Road

West: Southfield Road, Adams Road

Who Pays for Troy medi-go?

Troy Medi-Go Plus is a Non-Profit Organizations that is dedicated to helping Troy Seniors and Adults with disabilities. Funding is received from The City of Troy, SMART, Michigan Department of Transportation, Beaumont Health, Kroger Community Rewards Program, Rider Fares and Donations. Donations are important to our continued success! If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation, ask your driver for a donation envelope.
